Shipping Policy
- A flat shipping charge of INR 99 will apply to all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
- Enjoy free delivery on all orders above ₹1000
- For all prepaid orders, delivery is free. For prepayment assistance, contact us on WhatsApp
- Estimated shipping delivery time is 5-7 business days
Cancellations and Refunds
- Before Dispatch:
- Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched by contacting our support team.
- Once the order is dispatched, cancellations will not be possible.
- After Dispatch:
- If the order has been dispatched, you may cancel it by refusing delivery at your doorstep.
- Refund Processing:
- Refunds for canceled orders will be initiated within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is approved.
- Cancellation Due to Returned Shipment:
- If a shipment is returned to our warehouse due to rejection or failure to deliver, the refund will be processed after the package undergoes a quality check.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Return and Exchange Policy
- Return Requests for Defective Delivery:
- The exchange/replacement product will be delivered within 7 business days.
- Return requests must be initiated within 2 days of receipt for the following reasons:
- Damaged product
- Missing product
- Empty box delivered
- Incorrect/wrong product delivered
- Expired product delivered
- Used product delivered
- Product quality/authenticity concerns
Note: An unboxing video clearly showing the Naik Pharmacy packaging seal is required to process return requests for the above reasons.
- Refund Conditions:
- Products must be in their original packaging with intact seals, labels, and barcodes to qualify for a refund.
- Refund Processing Timelines:
- Refunds will be initiated within 2-4 business days upon receipt and verification of the returned product at our warehouse.
- The refund amount will reflect in the original payment method within 5-7 business days from the initiation date.
- Additional Time:
- Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider’s policies.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Products that are damaged after receipt by the customer will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Additional Information
- INR 150 will be charged as shipping and pickup charges in case of an exchange.
- INR 300 will be deducted from the total refund amount in case of returns of non-damaged and correct products.
- Naik Pharmacy reserves the right to update or modify this policy without prior notice.
